Fun Fabulous Photo Apps
 & iPhone Camera Tips"

Apps on smartphones, tablets, watches, and TVs have become integral to our everyday lives. This list of apps can turn your photos into art, help you lose 10 pounds, create a video, transform faces, and more! Join us for an entertaining journey into the land of creative possibilities you can use on your device, no photoshop or Lightroom necessary.
Camera techniques:  Learn to make the most of the native Camera App on your iPhone. We'll start with controlling focus, brightness, and zoom, then explore settings for capturing the best photos, panoramas, and videos. Sprinkled throughout are a virtual boatload of tips that will make your photos shine from this day forward, including using flash, self timer, night mode, Live photo & portrait mode.   Although this class is taught from the perspective of the iPhone, some of the concepts can be translated to most smart phones.

Sept 13, 2025 - ATX Member Spotlight - Joel Mark
"Some photographs are intended to document what is in front of the camera while others are interpretations by the photographer. I wish to go beyond the documentary, to explore the visual language that brings forth the emotions of the photographer into the finished image. I provide the beginnings of a story, and I want the viewer to complete it."

October 11, 2025 - Michael Collins - "Photoshop"
A professional photographer since 1996, Michael specializes in Senior Portraiture, Commercial Photography and Photoshop and has taught classes at numerous conventions.
